The Newtown Front Porch Neighborhood Revitalization Council, Incorporated endeavors to serve as the catalyst and advocate for the revitalization of the designated Newtown Front Porch neighborhood through a coordinated program of neighborhood revitalization and economic development initiatives that will lead to a dramatically improved quality of life for our residents.
